Appeals to the Court of Appeal

Conviction Appeal

If you find yourself subject to a conviction or sentence and you feel that you may have grounds to appeal against either, we have an appeals department dedicated to taking on such matters, whether we dealt with your original case or not.

CCRC

If your case has already been considered by the Court of Appeal and refused, but you feel that there are new grounds or fresh evidence which have not been considered by the Court of Appeal, we assist in making submissions to the CCRC

Sentence Appeal

If you find yourself subject to a conviction or sentence and you feel that you may have grounds to appeal against either, we have an appeals department dedicated to taking on such matters, whether we dealt with your original case or not.

Ancillary Orders

We also look at other orders made by the Courts including Sexual Offences Prevention Orders (SOPO) and Anti- Social Behaviour Orders (ASBO) and advise as to whether there are grounds to appeal or vary these orders.
