Overview
Hayley is an experienced criminal defence solicitor and Director of the firm who heads up the Police Station & Magistrates Team in Northamptonshire and the Thames Valley area. She is a Higher Court Advocate (both Civil and Criminal) and specialises in youths and defendants with mental health disorders or challenging behaviour. She has been a member of the Northamptonshire Mental Health Criminal Justice Board, the steer committee for the community sentence treatment requirements (mental health treatment requirement) and the specialist domestic violence committee. Hayley has experience in all criminal cases ranging from murder, rape and kidnap through to theft and motoring matters. She regularly appears in the Northampton Magistrates Court and Wellingborough Youth Court for all matters from bail applications to trials and enjoys drafting and advocating on complex legal issues.
